free for the foreseeable future.
As interest in renting in Bulgaria
increases we may decide to charge, however, since this is an emerging market (for
all of us!) we are not yet in a position where we can charge for our services,
so enjoy!

Please note that we do not act as a middle
agent in the process, if a customer likes your property they contact you
directly, we do not get involved in the process or take a percentage of the
rental cost.
Our aim is to provide a high level of
advertising, mainly on associated web sites to ensure that your property gets
the maximum exposure.
If you would like to advertise with us
simply send us the following (via email with photo attachments):
- Word document formatted with the descriptive text of the property.
Please include a short description for the thumbnail page (see other
properties on the site)
- A maximum of 6 photos
- Contact Details
- Include your rental rate for high / low season. High season would
normally be June/July / Aug / September.
